PRESENTING MUSIC
Presentation:
All presentation music must be on a Pendrive. The posing music must also be at the beginning of the Pendrive.
Each competitor must place their name on the Pendrive to facilitate their identification.
The use of profane, vulgar and offensive language is strictly prohibited in posing music.
Music may be provided at the time of registration in the "competition music" section.

The competition will have an intermediate break from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., whenever possible, it may be the case that due to the high volume of competitors, due to organization and time management issues, there will be no intermediate break, and thus be able to continue with the schedule established in the afternoon.

MEN'S BODYBUILDING
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Posing tracksuit must be for men with at least 1/2 back coverage.
- Costumes must meet acceptable standards of taste and decency.
- Competitors must not alter the fit of the posed suit by pulling it up the back or pulling the sides during the front and rear extensions.
The following things are not allowed:
- Jewels
- Bubblegum
- “Moon pose” (any competitor who performs this pose will be disqualified).
- Lie down on stage.
- Hitting and pushing (the first and second person involved will be disqualified). Competitors’ numbers must be worn on the left side of the suit during the Judging and Finals.
*Judges will score competitors based on the “total package,” which is a balance of size, symmetry, and muscularity.

MEN´S CLASSIC PHYSIQUE
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Since the creation of the Men’s Classic Physique division two years ago, the standard used was the Black Classic Physique Shorts.
Over time we have listened to the opinions of the competitors, with suggestions and have previously continued to add another height division from three to four and increase the allowed weights for height in both the NPC and the IFBB Professional League. Probably the suggestion we’ve heard the most is that competitors want to compete in more traditional swimsuits that don’t cover the upper thighs and hamstrings. Well, you wanted ‘Classic’ and now you’re going to get ‘Classic’.
Beginning January 1, 2019, ALL Men’s Classic Physique competitors, both IFBB Pro and NPC, will compete in “Classic Physique Posing Trunks”. Competitors are required to wear the same type of cut and all posing Classic Physique swimsuits used in competition must be black and not less than 4-1 / 2 Inches on the sides / hips.
- Board shorts or bodybuilding shorts are prohibited.

- The judges will score the competitors according to the “total package”, which is a balance of size, symmetry and musculature.
MANDATORY POSITIONS
The Judge has a 100% score and will consist of quarter-turn comparisons and the following “5” required poses:
- Front Double Biceps
- Side Chest
- Back Double Biceps
- Abdominals with one thigh
- Favourite Classic Pose (No Must Muscular)
MEN´S PHYSIQUE
ATTIRE
- Competitors compete in Board Shorts.
- Shorts must be above the knee and may be “below the navel.”
ONSTAGE
Competitors’ numbers must be worn on the left side of shorts at all times while on stage. “Moon Pose” is prohibited.
Gymnastic movements are prohibited.
MUSCULARITY AND BODY CONDITION
Judges will look for fit competitors showing adequate form and symmetry combined with musculature and general condition. This is not a bodybuilding contest, so extreme musculature must be reduced.
STAGE PRESENCE AND PERSONALITY
The judges are looking for the competitor with the best stage presence and balance who can successfully convey his personality to the audience.

Camera and/or video equipment must be strictly prohibited in the backstage and/or locker room area except when used by IFBB Professional League licensed media persons and in any event these devices must be strictly prohibited in the locker room area.

August weather in Islamabad, Pakistan. Daily high temperatures are around 92°F, rarely falling below 85°F or exceeding 99°F. Daily low temperatures decrease by 3°F, from 76°F to 74°F, rarely falling below 69°F or exceeding 81°F.

It will be held on August 13-14.
The only requirement is to have an active federation license (NPC Membership) and to have made a regional in the 2022 season.

Our advice is that you come to the competition with plenty of time, since you must be relaxed to be able to enjoy it to the fullest.
Knowing the exact time is impossible because it will depend on factors such as the number of athletes per category, the level of each category and therefore the speed of the judges in determining winners, etc.
Even so, you can get an approximate idea, seeing your category in the schedule and the number of categories that are ahead of yours.
